Where To Live

Most NSCC campuses do not have student residences and you are expected to find your own housing. An off-campus housing list is available at most campuses, and this list is usually updated in the spring.

NSCC has prepared a comprehensive Off-Campus Housing Guide which contains advice on finding the right accommodation for you along with important information for tenants.

NSCC has started working with Yomes, an online service that allows you search and review landlords and property managers. Yomes helps students make informed decisions about where to live.

For advice on accommodations, please contact us or connect with your campus.

Nova Scotia Community College has a student residence at the Truro Campus. It is not a family residence. Room and board costs are as follows: double room $6,200 and single room $6,700 – $7,200. A mandatory meal plan is part of this cost. Residence fees are reviewed on an annual basis and are subject to change.
