NSCC International Leadership Forum – First, by sharing leadership experience with other participants from Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, Tanzania and Vietnam, I’ve learned many lessons from them. These’ll definitely serve as my valuable references when I act in my leadership position. Additionally, the combination of educational approaches of appreciative inquiry, positive psychology and constructivist theories in the Forum has really helped me feel in great mood when being involved in all the activities. Briefly, I think I’ll apply both the content and the methodological approaches of the Forum in my actual work when I return to my home institution. Thank NSCC so much for your giving me a chance to experiment such wonderful experience!
