Program Name – Culinary in Peru (2022 Program)
Application Deadline – January 9, 2023 **All employees must have a letter of support from their manager (uploaded to the application form)
Dates – May/June 2023 (2 weeks)
Location – Peru
Local Partner – Instituto del Sur
Employee Role – NSCC employees from any culinary program
Physical Activity Requirements – Level 2
Pre-Departure – Includes an online pre-departure course and pre-departure conference
