Here’s a recipe for an awesome professional development experience: take college professionals from across the Caribbean, spice with a little Colombian wisdom, mix with African experience, top with some Austrian higher ed and bring it all together in a Nova Scotia Community College Bowl. Awesome!

The experience showed how sharing our varied experiences can enhance our individual professional practice. The leadership interaction led by our colleague Jos Nolles showed the various routes we take to leadership and how those experiences influence how we lead. That session set the tone for an excellent CBIE conference that would follow.
