International Tourism in Spain – May 8, 2019

Today was our final day in Barcelona and our last day in Spain. This trip has been absolutly amazing and I am very sad to see that it is almost over and that we must go home tomorrow.
Today we went to a tattoo parlor and everyone (except me) got a beautiful tattoo to comemrate the trip, I would have gotten one as well but I don’t like needles, but I did enjoy watching everyones excitement and joy at their new tattoos. Afterwards we went over and visited the Gothic Square which I was very much looking forward to, and was just as beautiful  as I thought it would be. We then went over to watch the magic fountain be lit up… unfortunately we did not know that they didn’t light it on Wednesday which was sad but the fountain itself was still beautiful and so was the area surrounding it. We now know that it is important to check for both the times and the dates for all events and not just assume. All and all it was an amazing day and though I am slightly dissapointed we didn’t get to hike Mount Tibidabo, the whole group wasn’t up for it and I would much rather have spent the day with the whole group as we ended up doing.
Though I am sad to be going home, it was an great trip and I made some amazing memories that will say with me for the rest of my life.
