International Toursm in Spani – April 21,  2018, Day 1–departure day (attempt #1) What a day!  Everyone was so excited to depart for Spain today…unfortunately it wasn’t to be.

We had no problems checking in, going through security, or boarding the plane. Unfortunately that is where our luck ran out.  Mechanical errors forced us to rebook our flights; however with a big group that was easier said than done!  After waiting at he airport for over 9 hours we called it a night and decided to try again on the 22nd.

Fourtunately you learn more from things that don’t go as planned than you do from things that run smoothly!  Students got to experience the check in process, and boarding for an international flight, but also got to see what did/didn’t happen when things do not go as planned.

The challenges with customer service, rebooking, group travel, compensation (or lack there of) and patience!

We will have better luck tomorrow I’m sure! (-:
