CCEDP Summer 2015 – My most important learning moment was; preparation of lesson, microteaching sessions, assessing and evaluating adult learners.

Knowledge gained from the above will improve my work performance as a teacher in preparing and delivering my lesson. From now lesson delivery will be learner centered.

The use of technology may ease my work (doing less) and involve learners while handling their work and more important reduces paper work.
